Shipping Policy


At Luv My Flag, many of our items are made to order — created just for you after your purchase is placed. Because of this, shipping times may vary based on the specific product you order.


⚠️ Important International Shipping Notice

We offer free worldwide shipping for many products, to many countries. However, international customers are responsible for paying any customs fees, VAT, or import duties charged by their local government upon delivery. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid to the carrier at the time of delivery.


📦 Fulfillment & Production

We don’t hold excess inventory — instead, your item is made especially for you when you place an order. This helps us reduce overproduction and waste, and we appreciate your support in making thoughtful, sustainable choices.

Production and fulfillment typically take 4–25 business days, depending on the item.


🚚 Shipping Times

Once your item is fulfilled, shipping time will vary based on:

• The product

• Your location

• The shipping carrier used

• Where the item is shipping from

Some items may be made in or shipped from other countries, which can increase delivery time depending on customs and international transit.

Some products may also ship separately if they are fulfilled by different partners.


🌍 International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries on select items. Delivery times and rates vary depending on location. All customs fees, VAT, and import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.


📬 Tracking Information

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your item ships. If your order contains multiple products, you may receive more than one tracking number.  If for some reason the tracking information was not sent, please contact support at support@luvmyflag.com.

Luv My Flag is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
