Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any item in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and with original tags or packaging if applicable. Most products include a size chart or measurement guide. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the sizing information and take accurate measurements before placing an order.
Fit Issues & Sizing Responsibility
Because most items are made to order, we do not guarantee exchanges or returns due to sizing issues. It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct size based on the size guide provided. However, if an item doesn’t fit, please contact us — we’re happy to review the situation and work with you to find a reasonable solution.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@luvmyflag.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide return instructions and the shipping address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges (Alternative Method)
If you need a different item, the best option is to return the original (if eligible), and place a new order separately once the return is approved.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Extended Refund Timeline
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 20 business days (usually sooner). Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction. If it’s been more than 20 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@luvmyflag.com.
